About us

We are KONTRAMARKA LLC, acting under the name KONTRAMARKA. Our goal is Your positive impressions, Our value is Your trust. KONTRAMARKA is a safe and convenient way to buy e-tickets for concerts, festivals, sporting events, and theatres.

You can find Our company contact information at the bottom of this Privacy Notice (hereinafter «Notice»). More information on Our website: referred to as the «Site»). For a full understanding of the interaction between us, the terms used, and Our cooperation with the Implementer, You should further familiarize Yourself with the Terms of Use.

About Our Services

You are at the heart of everything We do. Your positive impressions are the most important thing to us. Our goal is to maintain Your trust by treating Your personal information with respect and by giving You an understanding of what We do with it.

It is important that You know what personal information about You is collected, processed, and used through Our Site by us and by the Implementers who use Our Site to sell Tickets.

These Policies apply to Your use of Our Site and any purchases made through the Site on a Company-owned Implementer Widget and are designed to ensure Your understanding of the purchase process and to explain Our involvement in the Services and the specifics of purchasing Tickets. The Policies come into effect from the date of their placement on the Site and are valid indefinitely.

By default, We provide the Site as an online platform that enables third-party companies (Implementers) to post advertisements for the sale of Tickets for various events and concerts. In this case, We are not responsible for the Ticket Implementers (sellers), but only connect them with Buyers who wish to buy Tickets. By accessing or using Our Site, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the Terms of Use and this Privacy notice. If the Buyer does not agree to be bound by this Notice, or if at any time the Messages become unacceptable, please stop using the Site and Our services immediately.

Before placing the order, the Buyer is redirected to a separate content module (Widget) of the Implementer, which is automatically determined by the System and connects the relevant Implementer (who is responsible for selling Tickets for a certain Event) with the Buyer. By purchasing a ticket, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of the relevant Implementer.

All Ticket Sellers are subject to the requirements set out in this Notice. We draw Your attention to the fact that the Company, in addition to providing the Site and System for use, can additionally act as an Event Organizer or Implementer and sell Tickets. In this case, We will have the same rights and obligations that are provided by this Notice for Implementers and Organizers.

Please note that We may make changes to this Notice at any time, which will be effective immediately when We post the updates on the Site. The "Last Updated" date above will tell You when Messages were last viewed. By continuing to use this site after this date, You agree to the changes.

It’s important that You know what personal information KONTRAMARKA (known here as "We" or "KONTRAMARKA") collects about You, and how We use it.

We’ve done Our best to make these explanations short and easy to understand. But, if You’d like further information, or have any questions, please, contact us using the details in the ‘Contact’ section below.

Our interaction with You and the Implementer

We are responsible for the functionality of the Site and the redirection of Buyers to the seller. That is, when You visit the Site, only We are responsible for the collection, processing, and storage of Your personal data. However, at the moment when You choose an event, We, with the help of a Widget belonging to Our ticketing system, forward You to the corresponding Implementer who is responsible for the event You selected.

The sale of tickets is carried out using the ticket system owned by the Company that processes the personal data of the Buyers. Due to the fact that the Widget belongs to the System, it is the System that belongs to Us that receives Your personal data directly.

The implementer does not have direct access to all personal data, he has only limited data provided to him by the System. The Implementer receives such personal data of Buyers for the necessary interaction with You, such as control of ticket payment, review of the number of orders, verification of compliance of Your data with the specified event, etc.

The purpose of obtaining such data by the Implementer is the organization, coordination, and control of various Events (concerts, exhibitions, shows, contests, screenings, etc.).

At the same time, the Site is configured in such a way that You can provide Your personal data once and switch between different Implementer Widgets without the need for re-authorization and (or) registration.

In this way, We and the Realizers divide the responsibility between us and can provide You with the best service for the purpose of visiting various concerts that are presented on Our Site. By using Our Site, You must understand that We together with the Implementers (including when the Company acts as a Implementer) can receive, store, and process Your personal data.

Our privacy promise

We, together with the Implementer, do Our best to preserve the information You provide to us in order to maintain Your trust.
